Each morning at Level Up USA begins with all hands on deck for structured client training and leadership development workshops. These sessions set the tone for the day, reinforcing our culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Every sales representative starts their journey in our sales and leadership accelerators, where daily learning, coaching, and collaboration fuel personal growth and professional advancement.

Afternoons at Level Up USA are focused on execution and impact. Sales representatives drive onsite lead generation and brand activations for our clients, applying the strategies and skills developed through morning training. Supported by real-time coaching and a performance-driven environment, each afternoon is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, deliver measurable results, and represent industry-leading organizations with excellence.

Community Outreach

There is no shortage of pride for Cincinnati at Level Up USA. We make an effort to invest back into Cincinnati and the community in any way we can. We work with El Barril, a local restaurant in Mt Adams, who welcomes our entire team twice a month to eat, network and decompress. Because El Barril treats us so kindly, we hosted a podcast episode with the owner to give him appreciation and allow him to explain what it takes to run a small business.

We also make a point to regularly donate food and money to the Rebecca and Baron center for men, to support their efforts in providing a safe and clean environment for men who are unhoused to get their life on track.

At Level Up USA, our team has a very competitive and sports-minded approach, so we make a point to reflect that in our community outreach. We have worked with the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cincinnati Reds on campaigns to help drive each team’s engagement. Being apart of their seasons and successes makes us feel deeply connected to Cincinnati and its people.

We are always looking for non-profits, partnerships, and volunteer work in Cincinnati to get involved and support our city!
